Where to live

Where to live if you study at ISCTE

ISCTE's campus is on Avenida das Forças Armadas, a short walk from Entre Campos and Cidade Universitária stations. The practical consequence is that anywhere between Saldanha and Alvalade gives you a walk or a single metro stop rather than a cross-city journey.

Saldanha is the busiest of the three and the best connected, two metro lines, the main bus interchange and a direct link to the airport. Campo Pequeno is quieter and closer. Alvalade is the calmest of the three and the best value.

Because ISCTE draws a large master's and MBA cohort, most of our residents here are postgraduates and young professionals rather than first-years, and the neighbourhoods reflect that.
